What are the benefits of Profhilo?

How does Profhilo work?
Profhilo contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance which is a major component of our skin. Profhilo is compromised of both high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. The low molecular weight portion is responsible for stimulating the formation of new collagen and elastin within the skin. The high molecular weight portion provides support and scaffolding action.
What is the treatment protocol?
Two treatment sessions are required spaced 4 weeks apart. In order to maintain results, one session is recommended every 6 months.
How is the treatment administered?
Profhilo is injected in 5 specific on each side of the face, just beneath the skins surface (a technique known as the BAP technique). Once injected, the Profhilo disperses quickly beneath the skin to instantly boost hydration.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is very minimal. The injection points may be raised slightly initially following the treatment. This usually subsides within a few hours to subside.
